SOUND BATH

Sound healing  has been around for thousands of years. The ancient Tibetans, Greeks and Egyptians used musical instruments to heal. Native Americans used  singing, chanting and drums as part of the sound healing process. Modern researchers have discovered the healing effects of music, and found that it helps to activate the parasympathetic system which helps to calm the body .

So, what is a Sound Bath?  It is a type of meditation. We use a variety of instruments, such as Quartz Crystal Bowls, Tibetan Singing Bowls, Tingsha, Gongs and other instruments. While we are playing the instruments, the participants feel the vibrations flowing through their bodies and  achieve a deep state of relaxation. Their  chakras are activated,  allowing trapped energies to escape from their physical  bodies, thus accelerating emotional and physical healing. Their auras (referred as the biofield by scientist) are also cleared of negative energies, thus filling the energy tears created by physical and emotional trauma.  Healthy auras or biofields  protect us from contamination..

Sound healing sessions last for one hour.
